Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Assembly of the Parish meeting is held between 1st March and 1st June.  In 2026 the Annual Assembly of the Parish meeting will be held on Wednesday 4th March in the Village Hall commencing at 7pm

The following reports are usually given:-

1. The Annual Report of the Parish Council given by the Chairman
2. The Financial Report given by the Responsible Financial Officer
3. The Annual Neighbourhood Watch Report
4. The Annual Borough and County Council Reports given by the appropriate elected Councillor/s
5. The Annual Report for Nowton Village Hall, given by the Chairman of the Village Hall Committee.

The Annual Parish Council meeting is held each year in May and the Chairman is elected. It is open to all parishioners and the general public.
